Futai Machinery: Leading the Way in Automated Cartridge Heater Manufacturing
A cartridge heater is an Mg0 rod wrapped with resistance wire, inserted intoa metal sheath, filled with high purity Mg0 powder, swaged together asone tight heating unit with leads.
1, metal tube: mainly aluminum, copper, stainless steel tube three.
2, resistance heating wire: due to the high working temperature, it is generally used nickel-chromium round wire (such as Ni80 Cr20).
3, magnesium oxide rods: generally a larger number of (fine powder) sintered into 2 holes or 4 holes of the outer diameter of about Φ2 ~ Φ20 or so of the mandrel rod 4, lead wire: hard, soft composition of the lead wire, such as: stainless steel wire, nickel-chrome wire, copper wire, etc., single or multi-stranded.
5、Magnesium oxide powder: High temperature resistant and moisture-proof Mg0 powder generally between 60~325 mesh particles.

There are 2 curves in the graph.
One of the following curves indicates the relationship between the size of the tube surface temperature and the size of the surface load (horizontal coordinate).
For example, when the power density is 2 W/cm, the temperature of the tube surface in the vertical coordinate is about 500~510 Co. Note that the surface temperature here is relatively high, which is usually about 430 Co. Why is it so high? The main reason is that such components are generally the outer diameter of the grinding machine after grinding process to obtain the surface due to the smooth surface, it is lower radiation coefficient, the tube surface temperature must rise, and because the English did not indicate that this surface temperature is the tube firing temperature or the surface temperature in the mold hole, and we believe that it is referring to the firing conditions.
The curve above indicates the internal temperature of the tube (generally refers to the temperature of the resistance wire), which can also be understood as the maximum working temperature of the magnesium oxide powder inside the tube near the resistance wire.
