Detailed Product Description
Used for automatically loading, partial annealing different material heating elements to make it soft for bending and unloading.
Functions:
- Heating the tube surface by low voltage high-current short so that the MgO & heater will get little heat.
- Time relay controls the annealing time.
- Eight kinds of power and voltage can apply to various specifications of tubes.
- Pneumatic clamping, safe and convenient.
- Flexible design of copper collet, there will be little bend when there is heat extension.
Main technical parameters:
- Power supply: 3 phase 380±10%，
- Air supply: 0.5Mpa.
- Tube diameter: Φ6~Φ15.
- Annealing tube length:160~1500mm.
- Size(L*W*H): 2200×1600×1500mm

*Electrical supply( for example, single phase 220v 50hz)
*To be supplied by customer before delivery: at least 30 pieces heaters for final adjustments.
