Functionality and Process Flow
Powder Filling and Piece Threading
The first steps in the production line are powder filling and piece threading. These steps are completed by automated equipment, ensuring precise powder filling and piece threading for each washing machine pipe. High-Voltage Feeding and Testing

Stripping, Glue Removal, and Lead Cutting
Subsequently, the production line proceeds with stripping, glue removal, and lead cutting, performed by a multifunctional machine using a three-phase 380V±10% power supply with a power of 3Kw. Inspection and Forming
