Functionality and Process Flow

Powder Filling and Piece Threading

The first steps in the production line are powder filling and piece threading. These steps are completed by automated equipment, ensuring precise powder filling and piece threading for each washing machine pipe. High-precision sensors and automated control systems achieve a high level of accuracy in these processes.

 

 

High-Voltage Feeding and Testing

Resistance Length Measurement

After pipe shrinking, the production line measures the resistance length. This step is completed by a two-in-one tester, using a single-phase 220V±10% power supply with a power of 0.3Kw. The tester can quickly and accurately measure the resistance length to ensure the product’s performance meets standards.

 

Stripping, Glue Removal, and Lead Cutting

Subsequently, the production line proceeds with stripping, glue removal, and lead cutting, performed by a multifunctional machine using a three-phase 380V±10% power supply with a power of 3Kw. The multifunctional machine efficiently completes these steps, ensuring continuous and high-efficiency production.

 

 

Inspection and Forming

After completing the above procedures, the production line inspects the pipes to ensure each pipe meets quality standards. Following this, bending and clamping processes are carried out using the M-type bending machine and the clamping machine, both using three-phase 380V±10% power supply with a power of 5Kw each. These machines precisely complete the pipe bending and clamping, ensuring the product’s shape and structural stability.

 

Hydraulic Forming
